A passenger mini truck traveling from Moyale to Uddatt District was overturned between Wachile and Uddatt early on Saturday November 11, 2006. It killed 4 officials and injured many more. According to an official’s statements we received, Mr. Ibrahim Miskin, and Mr. Hassan Shina’s uncle were amongst the dead. Also, Mr. Ibrahim Bitati who is the deputy commissioner of Uddatt District was amongst the injured and one of the female passengers is in critical condition.
