The wicked dictator and
tyrant thieves have been removed from power and the Liban Zone Citizens are
celebrating all over. Ali Mohamed Kunaye and Mohamud Ahmed were removed from the
president’s cabinet and their congressional seats. Furthermore, all members of
the Parliament have been called for an emergency meeting on August 11, 2006, in
which Mr. Kunaye and his right hand man Mr. Mohamud Ahmed will be removed from
Parliament and their arrests will follow soon after.
Mr. Kunaye was accused of committing fraud, theft of public funds,
corruption, and oppressing his own people. He created a mafia style
administration and carried out the worst kinds of crimes ranging from depriving
the poorest members of the Gharri community of food rations, imposing
unauthorized taxes, and detaining innocent people. He rose to fame through his
iron fist and was able to control all aspects of the Liban Zone administrations
from Keebele up to the Zonal administration. He allegedly pocketed up to 80% of
the Liban Zone’s general funds and other funds from miscellaneous activities.
Instead of feeding poor
pastoralist people and their children, the speaker shamelessly sold food rations
and allegedly used the money to build mansions all over the country.
Now, the wicked thief has gone and the Liban
Zone citizens are free at last to breath and enjoy the freedoms of expression
and assembly. Hopefully they will wake up and take control of their destiny,
make wise decisions about their future and shape the future of generations to
come.
