The newly appointed Ethiopian Somali State president “Mostafa Omer” allegedly paid 40,000,000 million Birrs to the Oromo region. He claimed that the money is for the repatriation of the 3,000,000 Oromos who fled from the Somali state during Abdi Mohamed Omar’s administration. The million-dollar question is: where did these people flee from? From what city, or zone? According to the 2007 Ethiopian Census record, the entire Somali State Population was 4,439,147. Therefore, the so called 3 million Oromos were nowhere to be found in the Somali regional State as of the date of the census report. Is this guy buying his presidency for 40,000,000? Was the reason the Oromo region invaded the Somali State by over throwing the Abdi Mohamed Omar’s administration because he didn’t budge to their demand for 40,000,000 Birrs. According to the Ethiopian official census record of 2007, the Oromo population in East Harrarge within the Jigjiga Zone is as follows: Babile Woreda 93,674, Gursum Woreda 154,853. There is no record of Oromo population in Jigjiga. Therefore, where did the 3 million Oromos flee from?

Moreover, did the Oromo region offer reparation for the 250,000 Somalis fled from Gof, Chamuq, Arbor, Bede, Malab, Maddar, El Orb, Malka Allu, Malka Addi, Malka Lamii, Irrir, and Oroto, Dawa Zone?
