One Gharri man was stabbed and killed in Rhamo today March 1, 2015. His name was Ali Ibrahim Adan. Mr. Adan was a school teacher in Rhamo area school. He was killed in broad daylight at a busy shopping center. However, according to news received from the area his killer is still on the loose, roaming around in Rhamo, Mandera North constituency in Mandera County. It is unclear how this latest killing will be handled by county officials, Kenya government security and the Gharri people themselves.
