A season of ethnic cleansing has begun
against the Gabra clan by Oromo terrorist:
According to reports received from Moyale,
the numbers of death from last week 3rd
Arero massacre of the Gabra Villagers have
reached 70. According information coming
from Moyale, most of the dead were women,
children and the elderly. Furthermore, it
has been reported that the raiders got away
with an unspecified numbers of herds ("DANAB").
However, no action has been taken by Federal
government in which the Oromo are part of
it.
This is not the only time that the Oromo
terrorist massacred ethnic minorities that
cohabit or lives in Oromo administrative
region and district. As we speak, over 400
Internally Displaced people from Bale, who
fled from the Oromo region massacre are in
Moyale.
On Thursday September 09, 2004, the Oromo
region militia raided Maddar town and
whipped out the entire town residents. The
following names were amongst the victims
including mayor Mr. Hussein Giro Durro,
Deputy Mayor Ali Malin Abdow, and others
such as Mr. Mallaya Edin Guracha, Abdow
Ibrahim Hamaroy, Dhakelow Isaap Imid,
Issaqow Geddo, Edin Abdi Mohamed, Aliyow
Malin Hassan.
Also, in September 2000, the Oromo terrorist
massacred 83 Gharri citizens in Arero town.
Again, no action has been taken by OPDO lead
Oromo region administrators or by the
Ethiopian federal government.
The Borana clan elders including former
Abagada and zonal administrators have been
blamed for all those crimes against the
Gabra and the Gharri people.
Also, one Gharri man was killed by the
Degodia gunmen at Malka Willa in Western
Gharri region. It was said that the Gharri
elders were summoned to go there for peace
conference between the Gharri and the
Degodia, but, as soon as the Gharri
Delegates reached Malka Willa, the Degodia
gunmen open fire at them and killing one of
the peace delegate. Subsequently, 7 Degodia
men were accused as anti-peace elements and
organizer of those perpetrators and were
arrested in Liban Zone.
So, we will let
you informed as soon as the latest
information become available to us.
