The Nagele Peace conference between the Gharri and the Oromo region has
been concluded. The Two parties agreed in principle to a cease fire.
Also, the Ethiopian federal government has ordered army reservist to
monitor the situation and enforce peace and tranquility in the area.
Furthermore, they agreed to meet again, but it will depends upon The
Gharri Sultan Haji Mohamed Haji Hassan and the Oromo area Abba Gadda to
arrange and conduct future meeting as they see it fit.
All communication devices that were confiscated earlier in April 2009
have been returned to its rightful owners.
